DR JANE thanks for posting that article about Patty last night - it did answer some questions.

You are welcome.

I know it was unintentional since this drawing is a couple of years old, but doesn't the guy in this ad for my play, HAIL ON THE CHIEF!, remind you of somebody who is currently running for President?

Wednesday morning greetings!  Just returned from my basement walk - today I did a little over 15 minutes, so that's progress.  Also folded some laundry and started scoping out things to donate to AAUW's spring garage sale.

DR John G:  My UPS delivery guy is the father of Misty Copeland's fiancee who is a New York City lawyer.  The wedding is in either May or June.

I have a doctor's appointment this morning at 10:30.

We have several matters to discuss including some not-so-fun side effects I seem to be having to one or other of my medications.   It's a sort of out-of-body-but-not-quite feeling.  I feel like I'm just a tad separated from myself but still attached.  This has been going on the past two days.

I remain functional, but it's almost "inner-ear-infection-ish" in terms of the feeling I sometimes get, but my inner ears are fine.

Looking forward to discussing this with her this morning.

Still have not received my Kritzerland "Sun Valley Serenade" CD.   I blame the local USPS which has been extremely sluggish of late in delivering things postmarked way earlier than the deliveries I'm getting.

Just met my new postman.  I'm glad the postal deliveries are now earlier than 6:00PM, but he's not a particularly friend sonofabitch.

We've been reluctant to break it to you, but you do make a rather disappointing Kelly Girl, DR Elmore.

Just topped off the tank to the tune of some sticker shock:

Gas had gotten down to a low of $1.75-$1.77 at Costco and BJ's for what I think was several weeks.  Now, in the past week or two, it's quite rapidly risen back up to $1.97...the last four cents of that just since yesterday.

I'm not following ANY news these days, thankyouverymuch, so I have no idea what's affecting that.  Which is fine.  I enjoy being surprised!   :D

(Don't be surprising me with anything bigger than gas prices, though.  Thanks in advance.)     :)

Ask BK Day:
Bruce, why do you sometimes watch movies you admittedly KNOW are going to be bad even before you sit down?

Because sometimes I just need to zone out and bad movies are great for that.

I'm up, I'm up - I did NyQuil and slept for close to ten glorious hours.  Very logy right now but it was great to sleep.

I am down with The Bug. Every time I think I have it licked, it flares up again. It's a very aggravating virus!

I had a dental cleaning yesterday morning, which I didn't want to reschedule. I got there, but I wasn't at all sure I'd make it. I came home and just took it easy. I felt a lot better this morning, but it's not over yet.
