Topic of the Day...I have nothing to contribute.  It's been quite a while since I've had an upset tummy that rquired medication of some sort.  I've only had the kind that I could just wait a while and it would eventually feel better on its own.

And now, I need to get to bed.  I have a training in the morning and it starts earlier than when I normally get to work.  I won't be able to check in or ketchup until it's all over.

TOD

Peppermint spirits.  A home remedy item few people know about today.  Very potent, comes in a tiny bottle.  If a drugstore doesn't carry it, the pharmacist can get it in for you.  Put half a teaspoon into an 8-oz glass of water.  Add an ice cube if you like it cool.  Sip slowly.

The strength is up to you, but don't make it TOO strong because that could probably be weird.  I think I go for a teaspoon these days, but start with a half.

I'm back in River City again today.  Is it Groundhog Day?  Sure looks like it outside.

Good morning, all!  A really bad night. Around 12:30 I finally decided that only Tylenol with codeine would kill the pain, and it did, sometime after 2:00am. At 8:00, I decided to get out of bed, but i wish I could have slept another hour or two.

Today I am at the Frank Loesser office to look over the scores and materials for Guys & Dolls. I have to be there at 1:00 so I need to plan my best bus route there.

DR JohnG, I agree about Burton Lane.  Much as I love FINIAN'S RAINBOW, I may love ON A CLEAR DAY even more.

Ginger ale, yes.  It's just too bad Vernors - a.k.a. the real thing - wouldn't be found there.

DR TCB, were you the one who asked about my brothers? It was their greed to get as much money from the property that has led to the mess. When they could have sold it - and they hold the majority vote - they priced it too high, against my advice and the realtors I consulted in my hometown.

If it had remained in my dad's estate, I would have sold it in 2007 while I was executor.  They would have resented forever that I had given it away, but we wouldn't have paid out $24,000 in property taxes and they'd have money in their banks.

Hmm.  Bold words there.  But I do have to say that when I was tiptoeing through the daisies with the CLEAR DAY score a few weeks ago, I was loving it.

Property relief vibes for DR ELMORE.....this has certainly been an ongoing saga.  Did they ever think about selling some OPTIONS on the property?  At least some money would be coming in.
