Sorry to have been E & T we are having my Dad's funeral next Friday and I have been busy with getting everything sorted.  The service is planned but we are having a luncheon back at the church after the internment and I have been getting that organized.

Today is the orchestra reading of Do I Hear A Waltz? at Carroll Studio, which I look forward to immensely.  Lots of people ther today, mostly from the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization. Joshie will have it all under control and Rob will be easy-going and meticulous on the podium, so our side is ready.

DR TCB, those vicious rumors of my babysitting for you around the time off the French Revolution must cease. One only has to examine the Rosetta Stone closely to see that you are years older than I.

I hope your vacation is a lot of fun and you come back to us safely.  I hate the fact that you seem to be only on HHW long after I've gone to bed.

BK, The Book surprised me.  Silly me, I thought I would get a parody biography along the lines of Little Me or a bio equivalent of The Brain From Planet X.  What caught me unaware and knocked me down was how it touched me.

I'm loving the blow-by-blow account of the revue rehearsals.

I'm back to the vivid and always semi-familiar crazy dreams.  This one was insane, encompassing several different worlds and including a special guest appearance of The Music Man.

Wonderful book review, DR Elmore.  It made me want to read the book again, and reviews don't get better than that.

The dinner with Pogue sounds great, and I hope to have the chance to meet the Pogue someday myself.  Even if he still claims to have nothing to do with the department store.  Have very much enjoyed his interviews on disc about this and that.

Happy to hear the House of Pies came through.  I wonder why they don't do something about this unevenness with their food.  From BK's previous descriptions of breakfast meals coming out so totally differently, whatever the problem is should be apparent.

Nice review DR ELMORE!

Condolences to DR JANE and the family of her friend.

DR DRUXY should be in Los Angeles as well.

I read here last night that Lincoln has been shot.....too bad it wasn't  (Fill in the blank of your least favorite candidate here).
