I don't have many bad allergy days any longer, but one hit me this afternoon. I must have a box of kleenex next to me at all times.   ;)

I want to wish TCB MEGA travel vibes and a GREAT TRIP!

I believe tomorrow is his flight to Florida, and then on Sunday he begins the cruise.

Yes that is correct.  Thanks, Jeanne.

I think the Pogue should drop into HHW for a howdy-do.

He has other things on his mind right now, but maybe sometime soon?

Pogue does stop by from time to time.

I would have loved to have heard that call  "You've got to come quick, people are raking the back of my property" Anyway, we kept raking and left and the police didn't come.  I did see the call on the police logs but never saw the police come

Wow. Jane has a new phone, a new tablet, AND a new computer. An embarrassment of electronics. Three learning curves. But fun.

I really needed them.  It would have been easier, learning curve wise, to have changed one at a time.  I must be getting better with electronics cuz I am doing much better than I expected.

Back from a really long day - rehearsal was pretty damn fun until one of my actors, despite at least twenty warnings from me, hurt himself when we were running through the end of act one routine.  It gets dangerous if anyone forgets to be controlled during the mayhem, and that's what happened - this fellow did his rehearsed fall and he just threw himself into it instead of controlling it and his head hit the floor in a way it shouldn't have - well, not the floor, as we're using mats.  So, it happened just before lunch and he just laid down and rested but he wasn't much good to us for the rest of the day and we finally sent him home.  I'm sure he'll be fine on Monday and we can get back to perfecting the bit.

Then I supped after an hour and ten minute drive to Calabasas, then saw Sami's show.  She did a great job, especially when you consider it's high school and all that entails in terms of having direction.  In fact, there was a lot of talent on that stage.  The only real problem of the evening is that it was The Addams Family - I'd never seen it before and only knew one song, Sami's Pulled, but oh boy is it terrible.  The thinnest of plots (basically lifted from La Cage Aux Folles), artificial conflict, truly terrible songs (the opening was okay and Pulled is okay, but the others are from hunger, especially the Moon song for Fester - that is one of the worst songs I've ever heard.  The jokes are absolutely tailored for Nathan Lane, and therefore they don't really work with other actors.  And they're not great jokes.
