I have watched all of the episodes of CHUCK already, but I still enjoy seeing them again.

It is kind of like MURDER SHE WROTE.  Even though I have seen almost every episode, I enjoy watching them again.

I turned on the Women's Gymnastics at 9:00, and Nick left the room and hasn't come back yet.

Today is Dad's 88th birthday. I spoke with him earlier. He's much more lucid and chatty since someone is monitoring his meds and insulin intake more closely.

Good news about your dad and Happy Birthday to him.

The Brexit vote gobsmacked a lot of people. I was surprised; I thought they'd vote to stay.

It looked like the vote was going that way making it rather shocking

Has anyone read any of the Rivers of London novels by Ben Aaronovitch? They're about an young constable who works in the part of the Met that deals with the supernatural. He's also an apprentice learning to do magic. The stories are quite fun. I'm about to finish #3 in the series. The author has quite an imagination and is a very capable writer. Recommended by the likes of me.

I have not read them.

Didn't do a lot of work today.  I slept in, which was nice.  Visited a client in juvenile detention.  He's doing a lot better since he went in a few weeks ago.  He was about to totally blow what is an incredible chance to turn things around and not throw his life away by going to prison. He sees that now.  It was really great to see him doing so well
Vibes her turns his life around!

Jeanne, I went to Amazon to buy a Kindle copy of the River of London book, but I got very confused which books were which.  Is it the Peter Grant books that I want to read?  Some of those are listed that way, but other Peter Grant books aren't (such as MOON OVER SOHO).
