I'm wondering even more if Seth Rudetsky's show DISASTER! (assuming they have all the rights to the pop songs they used) will turn out to be a big money-maker in the regional market, despite its losing money on Broadway.

At 4:30 or thereabouts I got up to visit the necessary and turn a fan on, as it was a bit stuffy in my room, and finally got back to sleep...whereupon I had one of the most epic of all my epic dreams.

In it, I created a series of parks and movie theaters and other public spaces on the west side of Danbury, kind of where our airport and mall are now. But this was beautiful stuff, a contemporary but lovable collection of spaces and activities that would only exist in a perfect world. Part of it was a reference to a dream from a few years ago (or possibly even something real), but that supposed memory might have just been part and parcel of the current dream.

Other stuff and nonsense went on, such as finding myself having accidentally gotten on a commuter bus going to God knows where, but in this dream, everything kept working out fine. Attempting to actually tell this thing in any detail would take me all day.

Last night I watched two Midsomer Murders, including my possible favorite, the Christmas special "Ghosts of Christmas Past." I also really like the two creepy ones that involved a ghost by the side of the road and the ghost in the church. Both left the paranormal activity a real possibility and they were eerie.

DR TCB, I met Shannon Bolin once at a screening at the Museum if Broadcasting. I went to college with her nephew John, and i wish now that I had been more aggressive on taking the opportunity to visit her.

I've got some work on Guys & Dolls before I head into midtown for the Bright Star closing performance. I'm debating doing laundry this morning. Tomorrow I need to go up to Columbia and look at the Moross files on Gentlemen, Be Seated!

I have to go up a couple of days this week and deal with that and The Golden Apple.

Today is set building day for ON GOLDEN POND, last night was the performance of the Youth Theatre Workshop....two versions of JULIUS CAESAR.....

Of course it is going to be 92 degrees today......

Our Pastor gave her a very nice send off. She spoek about all the activities the Vixter has been involved in over the years...and gave her a throw with the name of our church embroider on it.. Then she called Vixboyfriend up and gave them both a blessing and prayed fro their new life in Florida
