Back from an excellent dinner thing - I could have really overeaten, but in the scheme of things I did not - I "may" have had 1400 calories but I jogged off some of those and that's not a terrible amount.

I went to www.maple-films.com and was able to download the DVD files to a 4-1/2 hour fan edit of "The Hobbit."

You have to burn the files onto duel-layer DVDs.

What the guy did was take the three "Hobbit" movies and edit them down to pretty much just what was in the book.

He had reasons for the things that he left in that were from the extended versions but weren't in the book, but they worked.
