So, since I had to pick up my watch anyway, I went to the Safeway that is only a block away from the jeweler.

Both the jeweler and the Safeway are in the neighborhood where I grew up.

There are two entrances to the bowling alley, but they both had stairs leading into the business.

They made these incredible shortbread cookies with a large chocolate drop on top and crushed almonds on the sides.

Next to Henry's was Tony's Barber Shop where I had to go for my crewcut.

I suppose it could have been called Proctor Drug, but that seems a bit obvious.

There was Bell's Bakery, which was never as good as Henry's.
