Had my usual salad with ham and avocado, and because I knew it would be my only meal and not enough calories by itself, I had a bagel and cream cheese with it - very good, and I'm quite sated - all in all - around 1000 calories and I did my jog.

I have actually been to the races a couple times in my life, but from the shore you can't really tell one boat from another.

This town park is quite lovely. Grass and trees are beautiful, and there's this great little corner where they construct the stage and a lovely gently-banked lawn (if I called it a hillside you'd imagine something too big) which affords good sightlines for every audience member.
