Right now golf is on.  Doesn't feel like olympics somehow.

It's not been a lazy Sunday so far, but it's too hot, too sticky and too bright to try to much more outside.  A

Oh my goodness, Kerry. It was absolutely GLORIOUS this morning. Only 84 with a strong breeze/weak wind. It was wonderful on the mountain today!

The photo with the kids is quite cute. I can't tell from the photo whether you've lost weight, but you sure look TALL! It's a nice picture of everyone.

There was an article by Jane Brody in the NYT earlier today about the benefits of yoga, specifically about stopping bone loss. It's no longer on the site, but if it reappears it's worth a look.

I read a number of the reader comments and am amazed that yoga, of all things, can be so controversial. Is the Internet the online version of road rage? If you're feeling irritable and just have to take it out on someone you lash out at someone's (worthy) article?

Glad to see that TCB and Sandy made it home without incident. (Assuming we'd hear about the incident if there was one.)

I'm really glad you made the trip, Tom. Did it pick up Sandy's spirits?

The Inner Web is the refuge of those who want to express an opinion no matter how ridiculous or unfounded....

Or rather contrarians without an original thought who want to think they are smarter than everyone else.

I've sent out emails wth inquiries to various and sundry, and I wait for answer.

I worked a bit on the G&D Entr'Acte, and then answere a long email with questions about the "Havana" number. Time to think about dinner.

Sunday evening greetings!  I accompanied Fr. Richard to a church in Dayton that he likes a lot more than I do, but my reward was a nice brunch at First Watch on the way home.  Watched some Olympics and crafted a birthday item for my sister who turns 75 on Thursday.

Yes, DR Vixmom, for the next 4 months she'll be 10 years older.

Nice story.  I had to chuckle over the stock photo question "who are all these white people".  Ms Robinson's mother is white.
