Well, I have been up since 6:30 because today is the scheduled annual maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning system, and a gentleman caller will arrive sometime between now and noon o'clock.

Every time BK posts about Chinese cole slaw, I vow to either find some or find out how to make it. I had the most delicious one about ten years ago and haven't stumbled across one since. It's probably around and I have no idea where. But it also sounds easy enough to make at home, and in so doing I would of course be attempting to recreate that great one.
