How can someone get busier when a show is canceled?  That's what MR BK's schedule seems to do......

Yesterday I guess we had a new mail person.  We got all the mail for the house next to us.....I hope that didn't happen all the way down the street.

The problem is that our house is on a corner and faces a different street than our address is.....   We face Edgewood, but our address is Fairlane Drive.....

They put the slab down incorrectly back in 1959 when they built the house.....

My visit with Mom yesterday was pretty depressing.  She'd like to go to Michigan to visit her friends the Stewarts and the Moores - they're all dead.  And she can hardly walk from her bed to her sofa, but the flowers she planted right outside her window are doing real well.

So sorry.  I'm lucky I had it so much easier.  It will not get better.

Thanks, DR Elmore.  You're right, it won't get better.  She thinks her leg will get better, but I've seen the x-ray of her hip and, believe me, it won't.

I've been watching Season 2 of Grantchester.  I liked Season 1 better.

Since we were at sea today Keith and I treated ourselves to massages.  We were both very pleased and booked a repeat later in the cruise.

Ships have specialty restaurants you can pay extra to eat at.  Tonight we tried the Asian restaurant and it was delicious.

Well that was fun.  It was rainy, so we didn't even have 15 people, but they were all fun folks.

We laughed and talked and ate and laughed and laughed.  It was fun.  Two of my sisters and four of my girl cousins were there.  They are all so funny.

The daughter of one of my cousins was there with her husband and their little boy who is four.  He took a liking to me and was talking up a storm and telling me all kinds of stories about how he remembered me - which I don't know how....but he was pretty funny, too.

His grandma told him that he and I were cousins, and you would have thought she gave him a big piece of candy.  His eyes got big and he said....."Jack, are you really my cousin?"  And I said, "Yes, Lyndy, we are cousins."

LOL......he was so happy....he shook my hand when he left....

Had some chicken tenders for lunch.  They're normally really good at Jerry's but not today.  I ate them but they were pretty bleccch and I'm feeling a little sketchy from them.
