Well, you've read the notes, the notes were unsung then sung, and now it is time for you to post until the unsung cows come home.

Well, it's Wednesday, and this evening I'm going to my friend's house with the home theater to see IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE in newly restored 3-D and 3-channel stereo sound. Should be great fun.

I slept well. I had several strange dreams, the weirdest being one that begaqn at the Met during a performance of Wagner's
Der Walkure
, a super production with valkyrie carrying naked dead men up to Valhalla on escalators, and ended with me walking in my sox and underwear through slush and snow as I tried to reach the Middletown Mall.

Wednesday morning greetings! After 3 days in row of commitments, including 2 trips to Dayton, I'm glad to have a few days at home to catch up on paperwork, household stuff, reading, and crafting.

My question for ASK BK DAY: Do composers and lyricists get residuals for television showings of old movies on tv - i.e. Beach Blanket Bingo, Silk Stockings, Showboat.....
I know actors don't get residuals on pre-1960 work unless their contracts specifically included it.....but what about singers?
