I am face down which REALLY helps with claustrophobia since you can't see.  It is a tube and open on both ends. My head and body are inside the tube.

I would not want to have this great bear encounter ;D
Be sure to read the story with it.

I always keep my eyes closed. It's easier to fall asleep in the process that way.

Had fun going to a salsa class in the park tonight. I couldn't move my feet well on the cement, but it was fun being outdoors.

I just hope I don't start sneezing from the ragweed in the air.

Watching a fascinating extra from A Master Builder with Fran Liebowitz interviewing Wallace Shawn and Andre Gregory.

Back home, and just about ready to call it a night.

IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE is great fun early 1950s science fiction, but especially when restored to a perfect 3-D image that's probably better than what any 1953 audience enjoyed.

Sounds like fun.

How can you sleep through that noise! 😆

I can sleep through almost anything. One of the side effects of apnea.

Did do a two-and-a-half mile jog and then watched the first half of Stephen King's It - the 1990 TV movie.

The waitress started out by going section by section of the menu telling us what wasn't available today.

By the time she got to the sandwich section, she said it was easier to list what was available rather than what wasn't available.

She claimed that they didn't get their "shipment" that morning.

One of the things that wasn't available was spaghetti with meat balls.  WTF?

Anyway, I ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce and it was fantastic.

I ordered the full portion which was $15.00.  Only complaint (besides the price) was that it didn't come with a salad.

The Panini sandwiches came with a choice of Caesar or tossed salad, but nothing came with the entrees.

I could have ordered a salad but it was the principle of the thing.
