Lasagna. I make a very good one.

Although it's never considered a pasta dish, my sister-in-law JoAnn's chicken and noodles is really fantastic. I hope she will make it when I am back in Ohio.

I make a pretty good lasagna, too...for me. ;)

Basically, what I do is use the recipe on the box of pasta or the ricotta cheese (I do NOT use cottage cheese...that's just wrong), and double everything except the noodles. ;D

With the articles reporting that the great Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole are on their way back to Broadway:

Here's a "cell phone in the audience" salute,
"I'll Get You Kicked Out of Here" - a world-weary parody of "I Get a Kick Out of You"
(parody vocal recorded by Sheree Sano)

Soooo funny, Fred! :))

AARRGGHH!!  My tablet battery died.  I had a new charging cable hooked up, but it doesn't seem to be able to charge it faster than the power drains. :P

I hope you can get the problem fixed.

Thanks, Jane.  When I plug it in overnight while not using it, it charges very easily and completely.  I just need to figure out if it's the cables that are the problem while I'm using it, or if something else is going on. :-\

I'm up, I'm up - about eight and a half hours of sleep but only because the alarm didn't go off at ten.

Heads up!

Criterion's twice-annual 24-hour flash sale has commenced:  www/criterion.com/sale

All in-stock Blu-rays and DVDs at 50% off until noon EDT tomorrow.  Enter promo code DOLLS in shopping cart.

This is a good one for me, as I don't get charged sales tax, and shipping is free at the $50 level or something like that.

Spent too much.

Don't we all.

I see DEKALOG has sold out already.  I'll get that one of these days, possibly in the B&N sale.

I think I'll got get something to eat.  But funny doings on Facebook where a lot of folks are sharing an article that says the co-founder of Paypal is donating over a million to Donald Trump's campaign.  So all the outraged Facebook people, without actually reading the article, immediately call for a boycott of Paypal.  So, I've happily been able to inform them that boycotting Paypal is both useless and pointless since this person has had nothing to do with Paypal since it was purchased by eBay many years ago.  And then I've happily pointed out that this person does, however, own 10% of Facebook and sits on its board.  So, I suggested these outraged people immediately boycott Facebook :)  I think we know how that will go.

Keep the cold water and razors away when you watch it. I still have adultery to commit. I mean watch.

BK, that's a great picture in your notes of Richard Sherman holding the CD!  Can't wait to get my very own copy!

I finally went to the foot doctor to see if anything can be done for the pain in the arch of my right foot.  I did not expect the diagnoses, which pretty much covered all the pain I have in both feet, arthritis.

My first line of attach is Arnica cream.

Back from a new food item - a California melt - turkey, jack cheese, avocado and bacon on sourdough - it was very good.

Now I'm back, doing work on the computer and listening, of course, to Mr. Brubeck, the final three Columbia studio albums.

Back from a 4 mile walk.  It was windy at first making it a bit chilly.  Once the wind abated it was lovely out.

Finished with the commentary.  For a show that was supposedly built and written, I changed two-thirds of the show and had to write most of the commentary from scratch, because back in 2011 and our fifth show, I hadn't found the style of the commentaries yet.  Thankfully since we've done songs from most of the shows in various shows through the years, I was able to cut and paste the history parts in - still it took about three hours to do, but it's done and one less thing to have on my plate.

I suppose if I'm to jog now would be the time but I'm really not in the mood.  I'll see how I feel in ten minutes.
