Thursday we will have some family visitors, but NOT a big meal or anything.....it's nice to have some quiet visits and see SOME of the people....

Spring & Summer are so theatre busy for me....that I enjoy fall and winter as catch up and personal time. It's nice to be retired so that there are no work pressures. DR RLP, you will love it!

Time is a precious thing.

I read about DR GEORGE and DR TCB and MR BK and all of their theatre activities.....and that used to be me. For so many years from 1979 on - I worked full time and did theatre year round. When a show was ending, I would get nervous if didn't have something lined up to follow it....sometimes I was rehearsing one and performing in another....I love it.

But now at 66......there are times I want to just be at home.

I worked at two theatres regularly....and others now and then...but then in Indy if you do a lot of theatre at one place, you are tagged THAT person.....so other theatres don't really use you much....

Now I just do summer at PCPH - and that's all I need to fulfill the need......

TOD - as you know, we had a small family gathering here yesterday with a big traditional Thanksgiving feast. Rob and Mary Linda are leaving tomorrow evening to spend the holiday with her family in Michigan and Richard and I are staying home to cat-sit. We're looking forward to our quiet Thursday and NOT going shopping on Friday. Saturday there's an epic football game between Michigan and Ohio State, so you know where I'll be at noon - Go, Blue!

TOD: My friend Sandy has invited me to come to her olive orchard for the third year in a row. Nice to spend time with her and her family as well as a few close friends.

She will likely have most everything, so I'll be taking along a Greek salad, which I seem to crave daily.
