Let's start page two off with some fried chicken, shall we?

This is the place that, several years ago, I asked if anyone could clue me in on just what and where it was.  All I'd remembered was Wilshire Blvd., somewhere in or near the Miracle Mile.  I knew I wasn't describing it right (and my memory was conflating it with something else, so it remained a mystery for a while.

Well, it's been very hard to find -- and I never would have remembered the name "Flying Saucer"! -- but it was on the northeast corner at Cochran.

I don't think I was ever in that bakery.

I am home from therapy, and today was a painful one.  I can hardly walk at the moment.

Do you cab home after a tough session, or do you walk anyway?

I'm up, I'm up - nine hours of sleep, which is unusual after a show night.

Back from a lovely holiday luncheon that included entertainment by Purple Pizazz, the Middletown High School Show Choir.  They were in jeans and Middie sweatshirts/T-shirts because, as their director explained, their costumes (ordered in September) had not yet arrived from the rental agency.  Their winter concert is Thursday night and she was able to announce at the end of their performance that she'd received a text indicating that the delivery had been made to the school.  Whew!

My SACD Chorus Line also just showed up, and as soon as I've taken care of some chores that need to be done right away, I'll give it a listen.  I threw it on the regular CD player which didn't recognize it, so this one's a "pure" SACD.

Because there's a lot of silver-toned metal, I couldn't get a good angle without a lot of glare, and you couldn't see much without the flash, so hopefully, this is good enough.

You can see the other spinners that I have near it:  from the one to the left of Santorini and moving down, there's a Washington state quarter, St. Thomas, London, and then Copenhagen.

The framed photo at the top is one that I actually took of my niece with the one and only Bernadette Peters!  The cat at the bottom is my late cat Ebonie.  And notice that I put the Santorini next to Jane's Sherlock? :D

Glad to hear that DR JANE & KEITH & DR GEORGE enjoyed seeing DR TCB!!!  And I don't think I said how much I liked to photo of you all from yesterday.

Thanks, Jrand!  I didn't think to get a picture of us with TCB in his costume.  Darn.

My doctor's analysis of my X-ray:  The xray shows that there is arthritis of the knee and also some tendon inflammation.

Time for therapy!

Same here.  I should be rushing out for a walk but I am getting work done.  It has warmed up to 36 degrees.

It is a good photo.  Some of the darker ones on the left don't stand out as much.
