Yesterday, the temperature also went from 78 to 32 in a matter of minutes. It's really cold here now and extremely windy (winds up to 30 mph). When I drove home last night the wind was blowing cars around. You couldn't the sober drivers from those who had had a few too many.

Our plane has been delayed about an hour and a half.  It is in the air flying from San Jose to pick us up.

A brief announcement:

They fought for the right for gay marriage and now comes the divorce. It’s a new look at a very different “Private Lives”. In new the comedy “Brunch Before the Airport”, by Michael D. Shayne:

Dexter & Justin and Richard & Declan are married and unknowingly honeymooning in adjoining suites on Fire Island. The only problem is Dexter and Richard were once a couple and by chance they meet and fall in love with each other all over again and leave their new spouses behind as they escape to NYC.

If you are in Southeast Florida today (DECEMBER 18TH) at 2pm stop by NOVEL TEA at 2043 Wilton Dr. Wilton Manors, FL 33305 FREE ADMISSION, so the price is right.

If you can't make as most of you are not in the area if you can let any of your friends in the area know about it would most appreciated.

Thanks

I like the title and poster very much.  Best wishes with the show!

It had to go into a special little blue x-ray machine and get checked multiple times.  I told the guy I thought he was doing a chemical analysis on it.  He laughed.

TSA people get bad raps but I have only had an issue once, the time I was with Bruce and he ran away 😅

The NBC announcers keep calling one of these super skiers a "Renaissance man...." - I am afraid one of us doesn't know what that means......

Have fun reversing time this afternoon MR BK - perhaps this "director" has found the key to making the show "work...."

They all think they can.

Just ushered the first half of the Symphony's Holiday Pops concert. Almost sold out. Fun. I liked The Little Bolero Boy, a mash-up of Ravel's Bolero and The Little Drummer Boy.

That mashup is on the Cincinnati Pops' "Chritsmastime is Here" CD.  I like it, too.

I planned my day around watching the skating program DR KevinH recommended last night that was to include the Four Phantoms.  There was not nearly enough of them and entirely too much of a woman named Romina Arena.

I had a wonderful 2.5 hr. coffee break with my Aunt Minnie, the great Diana Montague.  Lots of gossip about the Met and the production of Roméo et Juliette and catchup on friends in Dublin and London.

Of course I have no idea what a kishka is.

You don't really, but just in case: "stuffed intestine with a filling made from a combination of meat and meal, often a grain"

I didn't know either. Now I wish I still didn't.
