Well, you've read the notes, the notes were catching and had Khachaturian, and now it is time for you to post until the catching cows come home.

Well, I need to go to bed now.  I'm on my old (but still quite useful and working) computer and it needs to update some stuff, which will also require a restart.  I left my tablet at work...again.  I hate it when I do that. :P

Good night, all.

Khachaturian is done for the time being.  Listened to a weird but kind of fun Fantasia based on themes of Gershwin's Porgy and Bess by a Russian composer named Frolov.  Now I'm onto a CD called American Journey, an eclectic album for string orchestra that includes a Bernstein piece (Serenade), the ubiquitous Samuel Barber adagio, the not so ubiquitous suite from Herrmann's Psycho, and some Gershwin and Ives - it's kicky.

Hmm, Guam sounds warm.  I am cold and already missing the warm weather in Texas.
After this flight home I think we will stay put and deal with the cold, at least until April.
