Good evening. I have been camping in the desert.

We got home just before a rain storm began. We had lovely warm weather while we were out.

Just finished a wonderful movie that could have even been more wonderful if not for some of the stupidest and worst music choices ever.  But I will let them slide because everything else works so well.

So far, we have had Gershwin and Don Henley.

Well, this year just couldn't end without one final slap in the face.  Unbelievable really.
I can't go into what happened, but it's stupid, financial, and I've just about had it, truly.  In fact, I may have had it.

We enjoyed a nice Chanukah celebration at our frind's house with her two daughters.   The 2 year old was very happy with the gifts we purchased.   We now know the 7 year old does not like Legos, oh well.  She can exchange it.  She liked the 2nd gift we gave her, a kit to grow her own crystals.  I tried to find a Choose Your Own Aventura book but was out of luck and got the Legos instead.

How was the movie, George?

It was great!  The movie too a long time to get to "the action," but I really liked that.  It wasn't just a mindless adventure disaster movie.  Quite enjoyable.

Where did you eat dinner?

We went to the Olive Garden.  I had the Garlic Rosemary Chicken.
