I'm watching TV.   Game shows, old comedies.

Just found out that the medical clinics at work will do lab tests for free. That'll save some money with all those blood-sucking doctors out there.

They'll also administer allergy shots for free, but I've given up hope of those working for me.

Friday morning greetings!  We've been across the street to the convention center to register and scope out where I have to be tomorrow at 8:30am.

It's always been my belief that, politics aside, Inauguration Day should be a national historic holiday.  I'm having a great deal of trouble adhering to that belief today, but we are watching.  Sorta like a train wreck...

I told Richard that if it gets to be more than I can stand I'd go across the street to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Back from a good therapy session.  Two of my Indian therapists, both named Dipika, are marching in tomorrow's women's march to protest Trump, and I wish I could march with them/  I might make a block but not the entire distance.

I think I'll lie down with a heating pad on my knee for a bit, then pay some bills and get to work,

Good.

This will be a strange day since I will be avoiding anything to do with the inauguration of this orange buffoon.

Smart move.

I have to finish A Dance to the Music of Time this weekend, and I want to watch all of Downton Abbey again.  Curse that PBS marathon! It's got me hooked again and I'd prefer to watch it without the moronic hosts begging for money.

It is 53 degrees here!

Thanks to DR RLP for posting the Carrollton/Susan Hayward info.  My friend visited when he was in Georgia....it is very low key.
