Here's a shot from Crete with my Wimberley Pie Company hat on.

Nice picture, John!

Well, this is interesting...Kritzerland's release of "Thelma & Louise" soundtrack is being rereleased:

One of our favorites from Hans Zimmer, this reissue of the 2001 limited edition release from Kritzerland is back in print for those that might have missed out on it last time.

I should be in bed, but I started on 45 Years and couldn't stop watching it.

Charlotte Rampling gives an amazing performance, one of the finest pieces of acting I've seen in a long time. (I know, I love her in just about anything.) Tom Courtenay is also good, though it's a less sympathetic role. I had loved the director's movie Weekend, about two men who fall in love over the course of a weekend, and what keeps them apart. This one is about a couple that's been married for 45 years and what could drive them apart.

Thank you, John G., for the birthday wishes.
Like your photo and your hat during your visit to Crete.
Also like the look of that amazing salad.
Greens, greens, nothing but greens, AND cucumbers, tomatoes, onions or fennel, feta cheese and an.....artichoke? Or is that a roll? I'm perplexed,oh,yes, I am perplexed.

George, are you getting snow?

What a coinkydink!  Literally as I was just reading this, the local news that my TV just happened to be on was talking about the snow!  I didn't know about it, though.  I just looked and it's raining here.
