Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of last night's show, and now it is time for you to post until the 74 cows come home.

Glad to hear the show went well.
44 Sunsets is one of my favorites, in spite of the fact that it makes me cry.

I could use some more sleep, and just might indulge in a nap later. For now,
More coffee!
I shall have a cup of coffee for DR Elmore.

Iris, those were bits of rusk in the salad (aka really, really hard, teeth-breaking bits of old bread that we never really ate; they were supposed to have absorbed juices from the tomato as well as the oil used but never did).

TOD:
I have a couple of movies recorded that we'll probably watch:
THE ROOTS OF HEAVEN
THE PRIDE OF ST. LOUIS

If I'm remembering correctly,
The Roots of Heaven
is one that gets knocked by a lot of people, but when I watched it for my first time a few years ago via Twilight Time's release of it on Blu-ray, I got into it and enjoyed it just fine.

Continued feeling better vibes for DR TCB.
I have a sore throat today, but I don't have any hint of fever, so I don't think it's the start of anything ... time will tell.

What a weird day so far!
The young man who took my bloodwork is most peculiar. It took him several tries to tap a vein, all the while he was bitching about problems at the HMO. Then I went to the pharmacy and I had to copay for all my meds. This is new, so I need to call my HMO and inquire.
