At the library, they set up text notices so that if a building will be closed, they can notify people before they leave for work. HOWEVER, the last time they did that, they made the decision to close the Service Center after people had already gotten to the building and were actually working without any trouble. They said for them to go home and call back in a couple of hours, which was a stupid decision, if you ask me. If the employees are already there, they shouldn't have to leave unless the power actually goes out, which it didn't. It was a bit of a mess. I hope that they don't make the same mistake tomorrow.
