Well, last night, we were technically sold out, but some people didn't show up, so we had some seats that we were able to sell. For thise that didn't show up...too bad for you.

Well, yes and no. I was asked to do this show back in October when TAO hadn't decided on any shows for 2017. Late in January, pug (our artistic director) found that a particular adaptation of 1984 that she had seen was available. It only has five men and one woman...perfect for The Midnight Sun. We got the rights (it's from England) and because of multiple people's schedules, it ended up being scheduled for the exact same schedule as The Trip to Bountiful at OLT.

There was one show (granted, for TAO), where I needed to not be at one performance because of an important union meeting. Maybe the director of TTtB will let me have one night off to see 1984...it could happen.
