WHIRLING DERVISH DAY

Well, you've read the notes, the notes were both whirling and dervishly dervish, and now it is time for you to post until the whirling cows come home.

At 7:30, I called and moved therapy to Thursday morning and went back to bed for another hour.  I'm really tired, but I hope, after another cup of coffee, that I'll be ready to move.  I must stop at the post office before I head down to City center,

Today, I have the dress rehearsal at 1:30, then tonight's invited dress at 7:30,  I've have a full report when I get home.  Tomorrow, I can sleep in as long as I like,  Unless, of course, there's an emergency fix tomorrow morning.

TOD:  I don't really have a beef with UPS.  They've always been good to me and sometimes gone overboard to delver something put it in a safe place if I wasn't home.

T.O.D.

Too many pet peeves to mention, but I do have a story:

When I had my condo in Calabasas, CA, I was on the 2nd floor and the mailboxes were right down the stairs from my unit.  One day, a substitute mailman was on the job.  I walked downstairs and, as I did every day,  started to reach into my box as he was sorting/distributing the mail.

He stopped me.  Said: "You can't do that.  You may be a Communist."

Nice day weather wise here as opposed to all the rain yesterday.

I did not receive a reply from the potential Vocal Director yesterday.  Hopefully, a positive response will come today.

TOD:  that online they mark something "out for delivery" on a certain day, and then if they happen not to get around to delivering it that day, they just make a change in their delivery estimate when the day is almost done and you've waited for it.

Found the hat I had misplaced, finished packing, took the bird off to his home away from home (despite soul-deflating objections) and checked in for tomorrow's flight. I can't call City Center for another 90 minutes or so.
