I always forget about that.  I think they started that tracking business not long after I'd stopped taking it.

I am doing some shopping an banking today....I am hoping that I feel okay.....I am all right now....but sometimes standing and walking get to me....we shall see.

I have my telephone, etc......

I have decided to go with the GOOD Vocal Director - and it turns out his schedule isn't quite as full as he thought it was....so things should be fine.  I have also thought of a nice casting bit that will amuse us if NOT the audience.....

I am so pleased  Elmore will be part of the talkback.  If only I was smart enough to have a good question to ask....

TOD:

Soundtracks.....especially some of the old standbys:

Chariots of Fire
Powaqqatsi and Koyaanisqatsi and other Phillip Glass pieces.....

And a few others.....I also like to play Guy Haines' cd's and strangely enough a Neil Diamond LP called Soolaimon.

Thursday morning greetings!  For 2 senior citizens, Richard and I sure packed a lot into yesterday.  Left home at 5am, flew to NYC, settled into hotel, went to TKTS, had lunch at Pret, saw MISS SAIGON, went back to TKTS, had dinner at Junior's, saw C. S. LEWIS, taxied back to hotel.  I crashed shortly after 10.  Richard is still sleeping.

I hope John, Ginny and Richard have packed their warm clothes, coats hat and gloves it's supposed to be another cooooooooold day today

We did, DR Vixmom, and it is!  The wind was awful yesterday, especially in Shubert Alley and on 42nd St, right in front of Theatre Row.

Today we're taking it easy.  We'll visit a couple of box offices with the Playbill discounts I printed at home to try for SUNSET BOULEVARD and COME FROM AWAY.

DR John G, I don't remember where you're staying.  Are we likely to run into you in Times Square?

Speaking of early wakeups, I have lately been sleeping soundly between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. (-ish).  I get up to visit the loo, and then am back in bed and totally unable to drift back off to sleep.

I have Alexa (dot version) play some rain sounds.  I start lucid dreaming, but still don't feel I'm getting rest.

I force myself out of bed by 5:45 a.m. and start my day.

DR Laura, how are you feeling today?

I'm feeling good. My mouth is only a little bit sore -- nothing like last time. I was sore for about three weeks last time. The arm is feeling better, too.

Greenies Feline Pill Pockets are the greatest invention ever. Joshie gobbled down his first thyroid pill this morning.

I'm staying at an Airbnb on 10th Avenue. But I've been walking everywhere this morning. Forgot how good the walking is here.

I'm home from therapy.  I will head down to City Center shortly.  This is my day for errands.  Tomorrow I hopefully have a lunch date with DR John G and I hope to have dinner with my college friend Matthew, who moved from Brooklyn to San Francisco last autumn and who flew back this week for The New Yorkers.
