Vacation vibes to Jane and Keith.

Thank you.  We got lucky today, the rain held off until we were back on the bus to head home.

I really, really wish I had brought at least one more warm top to wear.  I am tired of wearing the same 2 tops, not that it shows since most of the time I have needed extra layers ;D

In today's post I received another payment denied letter from Palladian Healthcare for my physical therapy.  I now have the story: Palladian is now administering my HMO.  They took over from AdvantageCare on April 1, and the first thing they did was to consider all referrals in the works, including my physical therapy, dated before April 1 null and void until the referral services produced proof of the earlier referrals still in service.

Why they could not obtain these outstanding referrals from AdvantageCare is beyond me, but on April 7 my therapist was notified that no claims would be paid until proof of referrals in process was sent.  I guess I am still caught up in the Palladian bureaucracy mess.  I really lost it and told the Palladian  customer service rep his company was a bunch of asses working my last nerve.  i hope it's on tape.

That is just crazy.  I am sooooo sorry.  Vibes your approval comes through quickly.

DR Ginny you did comment recently that you look like your aunt.  I guess your mother agrees.  It sounds as if you also could use some coping vibes.

Yes, I do look like my late aunt, but given Mom's poor vision, I suspect I sound like her, too.

...  my Sunday visit with Mom which began with her thinking I was my (dead) aunt, ...

I've been married for almost 38 years. When my DH talked to his mother recently, she asked him "What's your wife's name again?"

Yes, DR Laura, Mom asks me almost every time I see her if Rob has a girlfriend.  She attended his wedding almost 6 years ago.

Travel vibes to John G. I didn't realize another trip was in your (near) future. Didn't you just get back from Italy? Or was that Crete?   ;)

Last was to New York to see Elmore, Fred, Debbie, Kevin, Ginny, Chas and Ben.

This time it's a few days in Colorado to visit my friend, Mickey.

The fun continues.  We just lost another cast member for the musical I'm directing, this one is having throat surgery that will require six weeks vocal rest.  It's getting a little annoying now.  We actually gave this guy the part without reading anyone else because he was perfect.

That's awful!

Why don't you buy something? Don't they even sell clothes on your ship?

That is too bad. Although I'm sure he's just as upset as you are. :(

I am sorry I never had the opportunity to meet Kerry in person.  I have been so sad about  his passing all day, I can't imagine how Laura feels
