I envy her and Keith's fantastic vacation. She's posted some wonderful photos.
Has anyone ever spent an hour or two in a deprivation tank?
Elmore, congratulations on the successful preview.
A friend of mine used to be a mortician (or whatever specific title he had) and said that it was a calling. When he went to school, not very many people at all who started with him finished the whole course.
After work tonight, I went to Fred Meyer and got some raw and unfiltered apple (didn't see red) cider vinegar and some chromium/cinnamon capsules.
spoke with my Cousin Debra this past Thursday evening. Please don't alert the media. This revelation is only for your eyes.Debra is an RN in charge of a medical group in South Carolina. We were talking "family health issues" and she told me about something that has done wonders for her husband who has heart issues and diabetes 2.She said that some recent lab results were so startlingly "normal" that she and his doctors thought a mix-up had happened. So they did the labs again and the results were the same. His triglycerides were well within normal parameters, his A1C was low and normal and his blood sugars were normal. To what did she attribute this?He had begun craving dill pickles and pickle juice. That had turned the tide for him, except for the hypertension all the salt induced. How did he handle that?He began taking a tbsp. of Bragg's Vinegar every day. The results have remained steady. She said this vinegar (Bragg's organic raw apple cideer) is the new wonder tonic for diabetics.Since it's not going to hurt me any, I'm going to start doing this today.
