Vixmom, Keillor did tell the 24 Lutherans on a pontoon story. So funny.

Keillor did that audience singing through intermission thing here at the outdoor Charles Ives Concert Park a few years ago.  He greatly extended it at that time, too, and it's almost like he's having a religious experience, closing his eyes and taking in the sonority of the voices and acoustics of the place.

Thursday morning greetings!  This evening is the last in our AAUW current events discussion series at Katie's home.  The topic is nuclear security, so I hope she has a bottle of wine or two for us to share.

I really wasn't hot about scoring "I Still See Elisa" and Joshie told me I had to because he thought I'd make an interesting orchestration out of it.  By George! I think I am.  Next week's band rehearsal may shoot me down, but we'll see.

Do you all remember my friend who was fighting cancer last year? Keep him in your thoughts.  I've been lax about my prayers for his health.  He's okay, but I', still scared for him.

DR Ginny, I've been trying to tack down Steve Holland.  I think he's in Lebanon, OH, but I'm not sure I called the right phone number!

Sorry, I can't help you, but that's a real blast from the past!

Speaking of Lebanon, what about Diane, the voice teacher who played Polly Peachum?

Tow big invoices to pay on a major project...and what do you know?  Both Purchase Orders were closed after one year.  This on a big project not slated to be finished until 2018 and they created Purchase orders to expire after one year.  The project started in 2016.

These Purchase orders can be reopened....but it's the principle of the thing.
