Well, you've read the notes, the notes were written in June and were bustin' out all over, and now it is time for you to post until the June cows come home.

Two more fixes:  I have an addition to write for the show's finale, as well as a bass part to do for "On The Street Where You Live." Bryce Pinkham, who was so fantastic in "A Gentleman's Guide To Murder,"  just played Freddie in the Chicago Lyric Opera's My Fair Lady.  He's going to sing the original version of the song.

Joshie is taking care of the Bows and Exit Music.  He's so fast, he may be finished already.

DR Danise, yes, Michael Ball and tenor Alfie Boe were  performing at City Center.  I'm sure it's connected with their CD.

Tonight is the opening night for the show I had to leave....I have seen some photos, and it is of course very different from my original inspiration, and I probably will not get to see it.....so hopefully it will sell some tickets and soon be over.

The original version of the song?
Is that the verse where he is interupted by Mrs. Pearce. "Move you're bloomin'......
Or is it something different?

TOD

I love Kurbrick's choices for 2001: A Space Odyssey

Woody Allen at one point (Not sure which film) stopped using original scores and used standards for his films. Best one was Gershwin for the film Manhattan.

Nope. It's different, very much like the original "My White Knight."  The final song is there in fragments.

We had narrow bands of fierce thunderstorms moving across the northeast last night.  It's not like we needed the damned rain, but the air quality definitely changed for the better, and the sounds of rain and thunder were quite lovely.

We just had one of those one-second power interruptions.

Generator doesn't kick on till ten seconds go by without power.  I just reset a few blinking clocks and waited for the modem to reboot.

TOD:
Adagio for Strings at the end of "Platoon".
I'm sure there's others, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
