I woke up from a nightmare that involved a close friend having died in a car accident. I should have realized it was a dream while it was happening because somehow I was back in Montreal but when I woke I had to go to his Facebook page just to make sure

Terrible news out of Alexandria VA about the shooting at the ball field. Five people shot, including a Capitol Hill policeman. Most seriously injured was Rep. Steve Scalise. All injuries are reportedly non-life threatening. Shooter in custody. Apparently an anti-Trump nut. The congressmen were practicing for an upcoming bi-partisan baseball game. GOP players were practicing.
