Why am I up so early?  Eating so late, I suppose, and forgetting to take a Pepcid.  Must learn.  Four and a half hours on top of four hours isn't enough damn sleep.

I'm thinking about putting little Hayley into the Sherman Brothers musical - the script calls for some kids but I'd already decided on just a boy and girl - the boy has some fun lines in the first scene and the girl has nothing until the very end and I'm not even sure if she has any actual lines, but I'll fix that up and add some for her and I'd like to find a way to use them in other parts of the show.

Today is the birthday of Errol Flynn.

In red print "Errol Flynn Jailed In Row" was the newspaper headline on the day I was born.

I'm thinking as I'm listening to all these ballets I should be dancing around the room like a gazelle in a tutu.

Back from a Philly cheesesteak sandwich (not great today) and a side Caesar salad (always good), and printing out two copies of the Sherman Brothers musical script.

I'm back at work after a 5-day weekend.  It was mostly work with some rest days.  Mainly because of the heat, those "rest" days.

It's not supposed to get that hot here in the Bay Area.  Ever.

But no matter how warm it was here, it was at least 6 to 10 degrees hotter in L.A.

I have heard that the simple folks believe they prefer "grass green" tutus.

What ever happened to Julie Herrod, I wonder.

She's the girl who played Gloria in "Wait Until Dark".

Go know.

It's a bit chilly in the office today.  That is offset, however, by looking out the window at the heat rising off the buildings.
