So, I may have mentioned that my cardiologist, as expected, ordered a routine stress test for me.  It's scheduled for Monday morning and I was just looking at the paperwork to check on the dietary restrictions.  The doctor's office gave me 2 copies of my own "Imaging Orders Request Routing Slip" and one copy of someone else's.

HIPPA violation, much?

Ha!!!    I mean, er..... um, wow...

I am eating a Sausage McMuffin with Egg breakfast meal carryout.  Just because I could.

I am going to the Playhouse to see the play tonight.  It will be nice to be there once again....even if it is just as an audience member.

I'm up, I'm up - I was up at three after two hours of sleep and then I slept an additional two hours at some point - not enough.

Why was I up?  Because I've been thinking about the Mancini Kritzerland, so I got up and assigned 90% of the songs.  But for many weeks I've been thinking about my introduction to Mancini - I'd heard the Peter Gunn theme, of course, but didn't have any idea who wrote it.  The first time I became aware of Mancini by name was Blake Edwards' High Time, which I saw at a sneak preview, and then several times during its run.  I love that score, especially its main theme and a piece called Moon Talk (pre-Moon River) - one perky, one gorgeous.  There's a hit song in High Time but Mancini didn't write it - The Second Time Around.  So, I got it into my head to write lyrics for the two High Time pieces and that's what I did while I was up, and I must say, chutzpah aside, I rather like them.  I kept both titles and it was fun to figure out the lyric from there.  Hoping there's sheet music, but if not we'll have charts done.

When we lived in Michigan, the second time, a restaurant delivery service was very popular.  You could even order from more than one restaurant.  The food arrived appropriately hot or cold and was delicious.

Bruce, can you freeze the dishes if you won't be able to eat while they are still fresh?

TOD - we've had indirect experience with a service called Hello Fresh, one of those ingredients/recipe services that you cook yourself.  Rob and Mary Linda subscribed for a while.  When they went on vacation one time they gave us a couple of kits that wouldn't keep until their return.  They contained a lot of ingredients we try to avoid, like onions and garlic, and required more dishes and pots and pans than necessary.  The kids no longer subscribe, but still use some of the recipes.

We occasionally received faxes from or to the Ashland high school.  While most were not too personal some were fairly urgent in regard to the student getting what they needed on time.  I did what I could to make sure everyone was notified  ;D

DR Ginny, I hope the doctor's office was appropriately horrified at their mistake.

I'm going down to the Verizon store.  I need to upgrade my beloved five-year-old Android, for a variety of reasons.  I might put the deed off till next weekend when I'm back in town, but it's time I did some homework.

They don't know about it yet, because I just discovered it.  They will know as soon as I can get over there after my stress test on Monday.

The last "storm" that came through here was just enough rain to make the car windows dirty. So this morning I rinsed off the car and washed the windows. Wae-Ling and I are going north to help the Monarch Scientist plant some native sunflower seeds in a park.

So, that means it should rain tonight -- just enough to get the car windows dirty.

TOD: I have never been tempted to try the ready-made meals. My family members are all such ridiculously picky eaters that nothing ... NOTHING ... would suit everyone.

However, when I win the lottery, I shall perhaps order such meals for myself.

It's time to begin "This is How You Serve the Tea." since I had forgotten that I still had "It Was Good To Be Me" to finish up this morning. Last major number, thank God.

DR GEORGE, that's who!  It says so, right in the newspaper.

So, I finally gave in and got up about 6:30 and promptly had a nosebleed.

Yikes!  Hope it stopped quickly!

Today I will lay out the number "This Is How we Serve the Tea," which sounds like it could be a cut number from Pacific Overtures.

I hope this is a tap dance number.

Well, today is the Hairspray two-show day!  We will have just about an hour in between the two shows...and that's it.  That's really not enough down time, but it's what we got.  Pray for Rosemary's Babies!
