I just discovered I have a fan in my neighborhood. Not only has he downloaded and listened to three of my audio books, but he just came over to my house with three other paperbacks for signature...including my new novel, JACKIE GOES TO DIXIE.

Doing another radio interview on that one this afternoon.

The meeting went quite well. Both of the two students are not young college students. The man, Ahmed, is from Egypt, was in the Egyptian army, has two, count 'em TWO masters degrees, and is actually going to The Evergreen State College to speak and learn English more properly. 12 members of my book group gathered at Katie's last night for a potluck dinner and to discuss A Man Called Ove and watch the movie. We usually do this in August, but Katie will be out of town then and she has the best house for it.
