When we first moved to Washington from Colorado when I was 10 years old, I used to get nose bleeds a lot because of the change in altitude.  I eventually acclimated and they stopped...fortunately.

Well, 13 Minutes was very good, though it could have been better. Still, in these times, it's necessary to be reminded of the horrors of Hitler's.
I just found out the movie is on YouTube, if anyone is of a mind to watch it. There are scenes of torture and an execution that was too long for my taste.

I had to take half a Benedryl because the allergies are so bad today. I paid no attention to the box. I just read Benedryl. These are gels, not pills. Hard to do it my halves.
