Did you ever see The Ghastly Love of Johnny X? (The last film you acted in)

I finally saw it yesterday. I thought it was terrible, but the b & w photography is its only redeeming value. I now know why it took 10 years to complete and only made $117 at the box office.

Yes, the director, who is a very nice chap, gave me a DVD, but I'd already seen a print at a private screening. It's bad yes, but I like the background music - not the songs - but the actual score.

The only places I've stayed in that stretch are the Holiday Inn at Exit 22 (it had the Denny's out front, if it's still there), which I found perfectly nice a few different times. And I think a Super 8 across the road which was NOT perfectly nice, more of a fleabag that cost just as much as the Holiday Inn would have.

I thought there was a third, but checked and I was conflating that area with another in South Carolina where there was a decent Best Western. We'd also thought about trying South of the Border sometime but haven't done that.
