Sami sat in the front balcony for Hamilton and she said the reaction all came from the cheap seats in back of her - so maybe that's it - maybe they're asked to do it or maybe they're just stupid or maybe it IS canned.

Gwen Verdon just appeared in the movie doing a Jack Cole number. Her dancing is far better than Danny Kaye's.
