I just received a telephone call from Sheila at American Senior Choices who wanted to talk to me about my Medicare Supplement Plan.....I told her I didn't have any account with that company....what did she want? She went on and on and I kept saying I don't know what you're talking about. She said "DO you have Medicare?" I said yes, and the government takes care of that not you.
I kept raising my voice and asking her WHAT DO YOU WANT?
She finally said if you stop being angry, sir, I'll tell you...I have to confirm....I said WHAT DO YOU WANT??? She laughed and said "If you let me tell you...." and started laughing....I said "Don't laugh at me, B*&^%, and go get a real job..." Then she hung up. I think the rules are they don't have to listen to abusive language and can then hang up.
