I need to get a picture uploaded. The tree will happily ~~sit~~ lie there until the inspector has come out, since it's not doing any harm where it is. ChasSmith, do you have a fireplace or a wood-burning stove? It could (easily?) be cut up and burned (after an appropriate amount of drying time), if you're able to keep it...and if there's enough wood to make it worth all the effort to cut it.
