Well, the rehearsal for Communicating Doors went really well.  Only a couple of lines were called for, and I didn't make any mistakes with the sound board!  That's a surprise!

Kate, who designed it, was there, but she was in the audience.  She had no notes.  I made a few adjustments as we went through the show, but I was able to do them without goobering anything.  Who'ds thunk it??

I brought home the MP3 of one of the sound effects to try and make it louder.  I did, but I couldn't make it as loud as I think it needs to be because it would get distorted.  So, it'll have to do.

I also brought home the CDs that Kate made for the preshow and intermission music.  Some of the tracks needed a little editing:  cutting out anywhere from 8 to 15 seconds of silence before the next track, making a few tracks a little quieter (none needed to be made louder), things like that.  That's what I'm working on now.  It's been a while since I've done that.  I forgot how long it could take.
