The wind in the storm kept me awake too much of the evening.

Sadly, nothing in Viva Max! that seems right for George  :(   though other shows of ours have stuff that would look good for him in his new svelte splendor. :)
  how about the governor?

Eureka!  I was so thinking that as one of TCB's parts that George at first didn't occur to me.  And George might be good combining that with The Rude Waiter at Cafe Roberto's (which Neal somehow took to a whole show in itself, I thought).

While the downstairs is not raked at all.

At my advanced age, I don't enjoy the staircase going up (and also going down) there and found the seats as small as 2010's Broadway seats. And of course downstairs seats have "prestige" while upstairs does not, as our agent reminds us -

The seating was fine we were in the third row and could hear and see everything

The first film of the day is the wacky Unfaithfully Yours, the original. Just delirious fun. Rex Harrison is great.

One scene that seems hilariously out of date has him conducting an orchestra rehearsal and he has a lit cigarette in an ashtray on the conductor’s stand.

I got the scan from Joshie so that number is now finished.  I'm about 1/3 of the way through my final assignment.  I hope to be finished by 4:30, when I feed the babies.

I'm up, I'm up - alarm went off at ten and I fell back asleep - guess I needed a full eight hours.  I don't think I'm going to go all the way to that dinner tonight in rush hour traffic.

LOL, vixmom!  Just saw this post by you from the other day while ketching up:

"have no trouble with sitting upstairs but I insist on being carried up the stairs....
On a litter...
Preferably hoisted by 4 buff, shirtless, young men"

Sorry, vixmom!  we asked for the shirtless young men but the absence of shirts didn't fit the strict costume budget!

I was just about to say that I act, too. ;)

But thanks for the compliment and the potential roles!  Now, I just need to get someone here to put on your shows!

Heck, I'd even play the maid governor to be in a show!

Listening to a millennial novel called Sourdough. It’s easy on the mind, even if the mindset is fairly irritating.

Futzed and finessed, went and had a chili, cheese, and onion hog dog and a side Caesar salad, picked up one package that had five Netflix screeners that I have no interest in, came back, and have written about eight or nine pages so far.  I was barreling along, but after changing my mind about a setting, halfway through I went back to my first idea, which was much better - so I had to revise two pages completely, but it just works better the way my first instinct was.  Now I'll take a break, then I'll do another seven pages if I can.
