After seeing DR Jane's post about Swishy Sarah having triplets I went and looked at the pictures on facebook. Wow, I had no idea that she was even pregnant with triplets.  DR Jane can you let us know how the babies are doing?

I will.  She spent about 3 weeks in the hospital before the babies arrived 4 weeks early.  The babies need to catch up to where they would have been if they waited those extra 4 weeks. I guess it takes longer on the outside.

The care all along has been impressive.

It's Sunday Sweet Sunday....but the title of the notes had me confused....yes the notes are to blame for my confusion...that's it.

I watched the Gold Medal Hockey Game between OAR and Germany...I certainly wanted the Germans to win over those awful Ruskies....but they lost 4-3 in OVERTIME.

The Committee wants to see what I have done so far at its meeting on Monday night.

Since they have sent me NO photos, it has been rather difficult to produce a Slide Show....but I finished three dummies and I will have something to show them tomorrow night.

My CD Ripper program didn't work, so I had to download a different one.

I love the Eileen Rodgers/Hal Linden ANYTHING GOES!  That's to recording that made me really fall in love with "Heaven Hop" by Margery Gray.

Before your slide show I hope you are going to let them know you never received photos.

This recording is the one I grew up with.  I love the entire cast and Margery Gray is so wonderful.  I find the "Mary Martin Sings all of ANYTHING GOES" an effort, and I wish I liked the Beaumont version more.  I really hated a lot of the original Lincoln Center production.  I mostly play the John McGlinn-EMI recording.  It's poorly cast and John has no sense of dramatic drive, but those original 1934 orchestratons and score remain my faves.

Larry - has your CPA given you any guidelines for receipts to save in 2018?

One of the cats made a leap from my bed and took with it the cord for my reading lamp, tossing the lamp to the floor.  My first fear was that the falling lamp had injured the cat, but all escaped undamaged.  As I survey the wreckage of my apartment - Thatch's pieces of chewed-up paper, the spilled dry food, the various Amazon boxes, the DVDs on the floor, their toys cluttering the floor - I can hear my mother yelling at brother Macbeth and me "I can't keep nice things."

Karma's a bitch, Ma.

Did we have the same mother?

The rain has finally stopped here and no more is predicted until Thursday!

DR JANE - I think it will become obvious, however the three slideshows I have are pretty good.  We just need a few more things...I have Class History for the Alumni Dinner, A Memorial for Those Who Have Passed, and a longer Class History for the Reunion itself, on the Friday before the BIG EVENT.

When I got back to the social hall  I was very pleasantly surprised to find another parishoner there setting up everything for coffee hour and letting me know she'd be available to serve

FJL. this is what I see in my cart via Safari:

Description
Price
Quantity
Total
GEE
$25.00 -   +
Remove
$100.00

Not laid out like that, of course, it's straight across the page - you see the item title, the price and then a little box with the number of copies you ordered (in my case I put four in) the box has a plus and minus sign on either side enabling you to change the number, and below the box is "remove" - if you click on "remove" the item goes away.  Now, I haven't tried that with International so let me do that, but it should be the same.

I have no doubt about that.  I still think you should mention they never sent you the promised photos.
