So far, the weather in NYC looks damp but not daunting.

DR FJL I usuallly run into trouble when I post my slideshows with music.....You Tube says they are against copyright laws.....I don't know how to do one of those General or whatever YouTube licenses, so I usually just put them up without music....it is frustrating to say the least, since most of the music I use can easily be found on YouTube.

Went to a genuinely funny production of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility last night. It was 2.5 hours and never lagged. Except for the two leading ladies, the cast played a host of male and female characters in a way that added to the mirth.

DR ChasSmith just sent me a pile of glorious photos of my little Thatch.  I have to get a camera and learn how to use it.

Have any owners actually contacted YouTube, or is it you get that email that says, in effect,  be careful, our computer detects you're using copyrighted music and YouTube has no agreement with the owner?

I really don't know the best way to send 80+ photos to someone.  I tried emailing them in batches of 10-15 pics each, and all but one of the emails bounced.  I'm on Gmail, so I just tried again sending the entire batch in one message, via Google Drive downloads.  Looks like it went okay, but it might also be a pain in the ass if DR Elmore has to download each picture separately.

What would YOU do Dear Reader?

Uh oh.  Cable TV just went out.  Still got internet.  I REALLY hope not to lose that, but it could happen.  If I eventually don't show up here for more than an hour or two, you can probably figure that's what happened.

I have a paid www.sendspace.com account.  I would zip the folder into a single zipped file, then upload it to my account, then send the link to whoever would like to download the zipped file. :)

DR FJL usually YouTube just says that they can't post my video because of the music I used.....never had any other kind of complaint....it usually never even makes it far enough to be seen even by me on YT.

Very funny Brit take on the classics as interpreted by today’s avocado toast-gorging Youth. http://flip.it/WvL5uP

I stepped to the corner bodega.  The snow has landed, a thick wet snow.

DR JohnG, tell us mire about the Sense and Sensibility.  Who performed it? Wrote it?

No snow here, but Internet problems just the same. TimeWarner/Spectrum was down most of the morning. They've been very spotty over the last two weeks. I heard a knock on my door this morning and KNEW it was my next-door neighbor checking to see if I had Internet or if it was just him. I opened the door, saying, "Yes, it's down" before he even had a chance to say anything.
