I have no news.

Stay safe and warm, all of you in adverse-weather areas.

I’m still here.

Why, yes, you are. I didn't mean to ignore you, Chas.

No, that was just a silly follow-on to my earlier posts, sorry if it appeared otherwise. :)

DR JohnG, tell us mire about the Sense and Sensibility.  Who performed it? Wrote it?

It was a company called Aquila Theater. Jessica Swale did the adaptation. It should not have been as good as it was, but the audience was captivated from the get-go. Having a six-foot hirsute man play the younger sister Margaret should not have worked. But it did. And it always entertained without demeaning Austen.

I’m near the end of The Heart’s Invisible Furies. All I want to do is finish it. Can’t make the time if I wanted.

DR Jeanne, the elevator is in fine fettle for now. I've cleaned out the dirty laundry, taken all the recyclable paper to the basement, toted several bags of groceries, and I feel a great deal of accomplishment after seven weeks.

That second one was her LION KING resume photo.

She's using it for her "serious actress" headshot.
