Well, you've read the notes, the notes were both trying and trying, and now it is time for you to post until the trying and trying cows come home.

Around 8:30 I will head down to the pharmacy for eye medications.  I will stop at the market on my way back.

It's snowed enough and is continuing to snow enough to be annoying but not enough to close the office

Annabelle has been sitting on the table next to me, dropping things onto the floor when she thinks I don't notice. I've caught my coffee cup twice now, but the floor is littered with pencils and other things she's caught in her claws and dropped onto the floor.  She reminds me of an amusement park machine picking up gaudy trinkets and dropping them into your hands.

DR JohnG, I read the novel The Mudlark when I was in junior high school, and I remember seeing the film not long after that.  I read the play Victoria Regina around the same time because Julie Harris had played Victoria in a Hallmark Hall of Fame adaptation of the play.

Speaking of the Mudlark, he sings "I Hear Bells," one of my favorite songs, in the Maltby-Shire musical Love Match.

I haven't seen Victoria and Abdoul yet. I'm still recovering from the heartbreaking Mrs Brown.

By nonsense songs, do songs like "Marzy Dotes" count?

I find it annoying and interesting how I can post I'm falling asleep and half an hour later be wide awake again.

At least I fell asleep after that and stayed asleep until 5:00.  I had to reread the last few pages in my book as I had no idea what I had read.

Do songs like the Peter Sellers & Sophia Loren "Goodness Gracious Me" count?

Aside from some wonderful bawdy-lyric ones, that was the first thing that popped into my head and I haven't heard it in years.

I wish my pharmacy had told me yesterday when I phone in the refills that one needed to be ordered and would arrive tomorrow.
So, I must make a second trip tomorrow.

Dammit.

Then I went to market, and I am ready to deal with the litter box before I can deal with Me & My Girl.
