I did a quick run to the market - you'd think people must be reading this here site because the little salami thing I get was sold out, the low-cal American cheese I get was sold out - irritating. People - can't live with 'em can't live with 'em. I knew I was going to make some kind of pasta with red sauce so in addition to the onion I was going to sauté, I got some mushrooms and some sweet sausage, ground. I've never done that before so I'll just use a little bit of it and see how I like it. If it's good I may try it with Wacky Noodles or in a scramble. New things.
