Tiday I had a phone call from someone who was angry at me for not responding to the three emails he sent me I apologized and said I didn't see them, I did an email search while he was on the phone, I checked my spam filter, checked deleted ...Did you send it to "myname@mycompany.com" I askedNO! He shouted I sent it to "someoneIneverheardof@aFirmIdontknow.net"...Ah! That could explain why I didn't respond to your emails....he was not placated, he felt that I should have read them and responded anyway since he is paying good money for our services

But I think my day was still better than John G's... since the runaway coworker incident everyone has suddenly banded together to help each other out, perhaps through a common sense of betrayal.
