I think a halter monitor is a very good idea. You might want to keep a little diary of what you eat and drink while on the halter in case that is the trigger. Too much chocolate will do it to me.

Yesterday after acupuncture I stopped for a veggie burger. This was the place where they have Impossible Burgers. I asked the manager, who's a friend, how they're selling. She said they're selling quite well and that most people really like them. This isn't a vegan restaurant; it's a very meat-oriented menu.

Spent a good portion of the evening finishing a song. I'm still getting used to it - it's very different than what I was imagining I'd write for what is basically an eleven o'clock number, but there's something funky and fun about it that I'm responding to, so unless something else comes to me as I continue, I think we'll try this.

Tonight at 10:00 p.m. they showed a rerun from last Monday late night of Jimmy Kimmel. His guests were some of the cast members of AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR. I couldn’t tell you who his guests were, because every time he started to announce his guests’ names, the audience screamed so loud that you couldn’t hear a word he said. At least, I regnized Robert Downey Jr.
