Of course, not exactly where it was supposed to take place. Since it’s an outdoor venue and all, and it’s raining.

But this ANNIE cast sounds damn good. Likewise, the 10-piece band. Would that it were the original fifteen.

Still listening to Freddie Hubbard - finished his Claus Ogerman album, which has three great tracks on it, and am now listening to an album he did with the wonderful orchestrator/arranger Allyn Ferguson - really good.

Medical Report:. My niece is doing so much better than the last surgery. She does not have the severe headache that she had last time, and she is actually able to eat.

The last surgery was so depressing, because she actually felt worse after the surgery, than she did before the procedure.

One major setback. Yesterday afternoon, she threw up a little, but when she did, it popped her eardrum. When that happened, the excess spinal fluid in her brain started to pour out of ear.

They considered taking her in for additional surgery, but they have decided to wait and watch her condition.
